Tinos

Tinos is the fourth largest island in the Cyclades (area 194,59 sq km) after Naxos, Andros and Paros. It has 8,636 inhabitants (census 2011 [1]) divided into 62 settlements. It belongs to the northern Cyclades and is located southeast of Andros and northwest of Mykonos.
Tinos is an island with many natural beauties, wonderful beaches. Tinos is a modern island with a well-developed tourist infrastructure that welcomes almost all the time visitors and pilgrims for the Holy Mary of the Virgin Mary.
Tinos hosts a lot of tourism that visits it for its beautiful scenery and its stunning beaches. Almost all the beaches of Tinos are organized and offer water sports as well as other various sports activities.
In Chora you will find several restaurants, taverns and bars that are open until late. The cuisine of the island is very good and you should definitely try the feta cheese an omeleta stuffed with sausages and cheeses. you will find many shops on the island for those interested in shopping.
